From June to August for black truffle, and from October to December for white truffle, during the months when Monferrato reveals one of its most precious treasures, let yourself be guided through an authentic experience. Accompanied by a trifulau — an expert truffle hunter — and their trained dog, you will walk through trails and woodlands, witnessing the art of truffle hunting firsthand and learning to recognize nature’s subtle signs. An intimate and seasonal ritual, deeply connected to the land, designed to experience the territory in its most authentic and refined expression, within a slower pace that invites stillness and discovery. At the end of the experience, upon request, the journey of flavor may continue at one of our restaurants, where truffles are celebrated through dedicated gastronomic creations.
